I recently had a client ask for some suggestions for working out her upper body while traveling. She was going on an extended vacation and was bringing along a resistance band. This video demonstrates the following 5 upper body exercises using only the resistance band:
Chest Press
Standing Row (Back)
Triceps Extension
Shoulder Press
Bicep Curl
I only performed 5 reps of each exercise for the sake of demonstration. Try completing 3 sets of 10-15 reps for each exercise. You can do the exercises in a circuit in the order that I did in the video and run through the whole thing 3 times.
This is an excellent workout for at home, outdoors, on the road, or anywhere that you have limited equipment available.
