
Exercise and other healthy habits are no different from anything else in life that you want to make a priority… you either do it first to make sure it gets done, or you set aside a definite time to make sure it doesn’t get left out in the craziness of everyday life.

Relationships:
If you told your significant other that they are not a priority and you would just see at the end of the day/week if you have time left over to spend with them, I hope that person has enough self respect to not stick around for too long!
Finances:
What does all the financial advice say? Pay yourself first! You don’t wait for the end of the month to come around and just hope that you haven’t spent all your money so you can put some into savings.
Work:
Try telling your boss that you’re not going to come in from 9-5 anymore; instead, you’re going to relax and do all of your personal errands first and you will come in at the end of the day and work with whatever time you have left… good luck!
Health & fitness:
Why should our health be any different? Stop procrastinating! Either work out first thing in the morning or make sure that it gets a scheduled time slot in your day… and don’t let anything take its place!
