What is boot camp?
Boot camp is a 60-minute workout designed to challenge participants of all fitness levels. Every class is different in order to create variety and improve results; however, the class is easy to follow and allows you to work at your own level of fitness so you will feel confident performing the exercises. A typical class will give you a full body workout through a variety of cardio and strength exercises. Come join us and improve your health and fitness with this dynamic workout!
